Returns & Exchanges

Royal Impressions Boutique does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders or within 14 days of pickup for store pickup orders.

Items must be unworn, with original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Clearance items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us through our website’s Contact page. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us so we can help. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.
